Josh’s Fair Trade

“This new house is boring!” Josh said to his mom. “I miss my friends.”

“You won’t meet friends in here,” his mom said. She gently pushed him to the door. “Go play outside.”

Josh walked outside. He waved at two boys riding bikes. They just rode away.

Josh saw a girl doing a handstand in the yard next door.

“That’s pretty good,” he yelled.

She ignored Josh.

Josh went to his room.

Josh’s dad walked in with a box. “Do you want all these old toys?” he asked.

“I guess not,” Josh said.
