Wind Demon's Curse

Once upon a time there was an old, crumbling kingdom.

The king's castle was falling apart. Its tall towers were leaning and about to tip over.

Villagers did not travel on the roads because the roads were bumpy and rough.

It had not rained in a long time, so the land was dusty and dry. The wheat in the fields was dying. The villagers and their animals were hungry.

The king did not know how to help his people.

Then one day, a mighty gust of wind blew through the castle. A demon appeared in front of the king and his daughter.

“I see your kingdom is in trouble, your majesty,” the demon said. “I have great powers and can cast mighty spells. I can make your fields grow food once again.”
