Zombie Elementary: People Pox

Zack, Ivan, and Frankenturkey sat in the science lab. They were growing a Venus Fly Trap.

“This is so cool! I can’t believe Tina is missing it. Where is she anyway?” Zack asked.

“Didn’t you hear?” Ivan asked. “Tina has People Pox. She’ll be home all week.”

“What’s People Pox?” Zack asked.

“It’s something only Zombies can get,” Ivan said. “And it’s totally hilarious!”

Zack didn’t think it sounded hilarious. He was worried about his friend. So after school, he went to visit Tina.

He brought a box of candied brains. Maybe her favorite treat would make her feel better.

When he knocked on the door, Tina’s mother let him in.

“Hi Tina,” Zack said when he found his friend lying on the couch. “I brought you some of your favorite . . . AAAHH!”
